86' Burger Raised Pilothouse
Though originally built in 1981 this beautiful vessel is more 2004/2005, than 1981. The galley was
entirely re-done in 2004 with all new appliances. Many of the nav electronics were replaced or up graded
in 2005 including Pilothouse radar, bridge radar, VHF (pilothouse), Nobeltech Computer, and Satphone, as
well as watermaker, water heaters and fire suppression system. The air conditioning system was totally new
in 1998 and has been perfectly maintained since. The 12-71TI's were overhauled in 1995 and have had only 1800
hours since. The 30kW generator was rebuilt in 2004 and a new 32kW westerbeke replaced the other generator in
2005. If you want a big, strong, cruising yacht with raised pilothouse that's more new than not and at a bargain
price, you should be calling to see "Galilee".
Accommodations
Board from the swim platform and up to the teak aft deck which is great for line handling chores.
Forward you enter the huge full beam salon with casual dining/game table to starboard and leather sofa and
ottoman to port. Further forward is a second, new, navy leather curved 3 piece sectional sofa facing the large
TV entertainment center. There is a brass rail stairway leading down to owner's and guest's quarters.
This stairway serves as a divider between main salon, aft, and TV/entertainment area, forward. Further forward
is the on deck, day head and companionway leading to the totally redesigned and newly equipped country galley.
The appliances are all new and include stainless steel Sub-Zero full height refer and full height freezer, new
stainless 4-burner range with conventional and convection oven, stainless steel faced dishwasher and all new
Corian counters. There are stairs here leading down to the captains stateroom with private head with stall shower
and nice desk and entertainment center. Forward is the crew quarters with 2 bunks and crew head with stall shower.
At the foot of the stairs is a new washer and stacked dryer. Further aft is the engine room.
